Provides quality pest management services to all of Action's clients. Delivers pest management services in accordance with company, manufacturer, and governmental guidelines. Develops and maintains professional and productive relationships with co-workers, management, and customers. Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of field activities.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Degree or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Capable of repetitive bending, kneeling and crawling.
• Ability to obtain required state pest control operator's license and certification.
• Valid motor vehicle operator's license.
• Extensive knowledge of pest management services, procedures, materials and equipment, regulations and safety procedures.
• No more than three speeding tickets in last three years (if driver's license required).
• No citations for driving while intoxicated within last seven years (if driver's license required).
• Skill in providing pest control services, prioritizing work, and accommodating schedule changes on short notice, in promoting cooperation, building teamwork and resolving conflict.
• Must be able to communicate well, maintain a positive attitude, become certified in all appropriate categories, and demonstrate a high degree of competence, as well as promote harmony in the workplace via productivity, attendance and behavior.
